Memorial University Student Residences and Continuing, Adult and Lifelong Learning (CALL), in partnership with the Fédération des francophones de Terre-Neuve et du Labrador and the College of the North Atlantic, are pleased to announce the opening in the summer of 2024 of a brand new francophone living and learning community (CVAF), a vibrant space dedicated to the French language and francophone cultures.
Located within Curtis House on Memorial University's St. John's campus, this unique community - the first of its kind in Newfoundland and Labrador - is designed to offer MUN and CNA students exclusively an enriching experience that goes beyond the classroom, enabling total immersion in francophone traditions and language practice.
Registration is open until July 15 at 5 p.m. (Newfoundland time) to students from all backgrounds* who share a passion for Francophone cultures and a desire to improve their French language skills. Within this community, Francophone and Francophile students will find a supportive environment to live and learn together, fostering enriching interactions and a collective cultural journey.
